An Enchanted Deal is a fabulous deal available for a limited time at all your favorite restaurants, bars, clubs, spas, yoga classes, weekend getaways and other really cool stuff to do in New Mexico.

How do I find out what is the Enchanted Deal of the day?

JOIN.  Enter your email address and select your city.  There is no cost to join and you can unsubscribe at any time.  After you join we will send you a daily email with the Enchanted Deal of the day.

Okay, I started to JOIN, but I can only select Albuquerque or Santa Fe as my preferred city.  I live in Ruidoso and my sister lives in Las Cruces – what about our cities?

We’re starting with the two largest cities in New Mexico, but we expect to offer occasional deals in other cities throughout New Mexico.  Whether you choose Albuquerque or Santa Fe you will still see all deals offered in other cities on your individual home page.

Is my credit card charged immediately after I submit BUY . . . and how safe is this site anyway?

Yes, your credit card is charged immediately and is securely transmitted by SSL.  We do not keep your credit card information.

When I clicked BUY, I was asked to select a charity.  Do I have to select a charity?

No,  10% of every Enchanted Deal is donated to a local charity, if you do not choose one during the purchasing process, 10% will be donated to the Charity in the Spotlight.

I’m not familiar with any local charities – how do I decide?

You always have the option of choosing a Charity in the Spotlight – the charity chosen by us to be featured that day.  We want to give every local charity, whether large or small, the opportunity to be featured in our Charity in the Spotlight so we rotate them daily.  See our complete list of Charities.

How do I know these are legitimate charities?

Each charity is carefully screened and has been verified as a local non-profit.  We use several non-profit research sites to validate their status and viability.  We are very careful in our selection of local charities to ensure that our members are selecting a charity that is legitimately serving the local community.

Do I get a tax-deduction for the 10% that goes to the charity that I choose?

No, you are not making a direct contribution to the charity, instead you are choosing the charity that you would like us to contribute to.  Our company donates 10% of every deal directly to the charity, and we urge you to visit the charity’s website that you selected and give to them directly if you should so choose.  We will post updates in our Charities section and let our members know when they have special events or fundraising drives going on.

Okay, I bought an Enchanted Deal, selected my favorite local charity, now what?

Check your email.  We’ll email you a special link with instructions so you can print your Enchanted Deal voucher.

Do Enchanted Deals have an expiration date?

Yes, read The Fine Print.  Here in the State of New Mexico we have some pretty cool gift certificate laws that really protect New Mexicans and tourists alike.  If the expiration date of your Enchanted Deal has passed, you lose the promotional value but you can still redeem it at the price you paid five (5) years from the date of purchase.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Each Enchanted Deal is offered for a limited time – usually just 24 to 72 hours.  We offer a full refund within 5 days.  If for some crazy reason the business owner has decided to shut down and move to Costa Rica (or anywhere else), we will immediately issue a full refund.  If you experience any problems using your Enchanted Deal, send us an email at support@enchanteddeals.com.

How can I get my family’s business featured as an Enchanted Deal?

What are Enchanted Bucks?

After you have created an Account, you can invite your friends and family to join via Facebook, Twitter, or by sending them email.  We’ll give you a special referral code and when your friends BUY their first Enchanted Deal you’ll earn a $5 credit towards your next purchase.  You can invite as many friends and family as you like.  It’s our way of saying, thanks for sharing!

My sister-in-law and my best friend both sent me a referral code, now what?

Who do you love best?  You need to pick one referral code and that will be the person who receives the $5 Enchanted Bucks credit in their account.  See Enchanted Bucks FAQs.

Can I give my Enchanted Bucks to someone?

No, they are non-transferrable to someone else’s Account, but you can purchase an Enchanted Deal as a gift for someone and apply the Enchanted Bucks in your Account.

Can I buy an Enchanted Deal and give it to someone as a gift?

Yes, just select the gift option when you are purchasing the Enchanted Deal.

Can I use my Enchanted Deal the same day I buy it?

No, all Enchanted Deals are not valid until 48 hours after the deal ends.  If the Enchanted Deal you purchased requires an appointment in The Fine Print, feel free to make an appointment immediately and let the business know you will be using an Enchanted Deal, you just can’t use it for 48 hours.

Do I have to use the all of the Enchanted Deal in one visit?

Yes.  Our featured businesses will not give you store credit or cash back for anything you don’t use.

Is the tax and tip included in an Enchanted Deal?

No.  Enchanted Deals do not include tax or tipping, so please, tip generously on the full value of the Enchanted Deal!
